Delivery Information
We will endeavor to deliver all stock items within 7 - 10 days of our payment confirmation email to you.
Orders which are out of stock or that may have to be sourced directly from one of our suppliers, or if a specific ring size is required, and we are unable to deliver within our normal 7 - 10 day delivery then we will contact you to discuss the situation and advise with an estimated delivery date.
Orders from our bespoke or Michael Jones Jeweller range and has to be made to order by one of our goldsmiths then we will advise a 2 - 4 week delivery.
Orders placed using the interest free credit facility will be dispatched once we have received confirmation from Hitachi Capitol that the application has been approved, a confirmation email will be sent to you from onlineshop@michaeljonesjeweller.co.uk if the item is in stock then delivery will be 7 - 10 days from this point, if not we will contact you to discuss an estimated delivery date.
